Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Spanish-English Speaker located in Egypt. The role involves providing high-quality customer service in both Spanish and English, handling inbound and outbound communications, and assisting clients with inquiries or concerns. The Spanish-English Speaker will also ensure effective problem resolution, maintain accurate records, and deliver exceptional experiences to customers. The role requires collaboration with team members to meet client and organizational goals.
Qualifications Fluency in both Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a focus on professional client interactions Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks with efficiency Problem-solving and critical thinking skills for effective issue resolution Proficiency with common office software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or a similar role is an advantage Ability to work in a team-oriented, on-site environment Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent professional experience is a plus
