We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finance Coordinator to oversee all financial operations for our company, specializing in visa-related, immigration and corporate services. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong financial acumen, capable of driving financial growth and ensuring the company's fiscal health.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
- Accounting and Reporting:
- Oversee the accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Manage the general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable functions.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Cash Flow Management:
- Optimize cash flow by managing accounts receivable and payable.
- Develop strategies to improve cash flow and reduce working capital requirements.
- Monitor cash balances and ensure sufficient liquidity.
- Risk Management:
- Implement effective risk mitigation strategies to protect the company's financial interests.
- Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard assets and prevent fraud.
- Tax Compliance:
