Job Description

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Finance Coordinator to oversee all financial operations for our company, specializing in visa-related, immigration and corporate services. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong financial acumen, capable of driving financial growth and ensuring the company's fiscal health.

Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts.
    • Prepare financial reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
  • Accounting and Reporting:
    • Oversee the accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
    • Manage the general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable functions.
    • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Cash Flow Management:
    • Optimize cash flow by managing accounts receivable and payable.
    • Develop strategies to improve cash flow and reduce working capital requirements.
    • Monitor cash balances and ensure sufficient liquidity.
  • Risk Management:
    • Implement effective risk mitigation strategies to protect the company's financial interests.
    • Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard assets and prevent fraud.
  • Tax Compliance:
