Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Call Agent role for candidates with proficiency in either B2 (upper-intermediate) or C1 (advanced) level language skills. Based at our office in Qesm 2nd 6 October, the Call Agent will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve their issues efficiently. Daily tasks include delivering high-quality service, managing customer accounts, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with team members to improve the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to speak and write fluently at B2 or C1 level in the required language. Proficiency in call handling, problem-solving, and active listening skills to address customer needs effectively. Knowledge of customer service principles and ability to manage customer accounts professionally. Good computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems and tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a customer-first mindset and adaptability to handle various scenarios. Prior experience in customer support or a call center role is advantageous but not mandatory. High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for candidates who have pursued higher education.
