Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt, for a Sales Consultant on the newly established Spanish team at Rep Guru. In this role, you will focus on consulting with clients to understand their needs, delivering personalized sales solutions, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and consistently improving consulting strategies. You will collaborate with team members, build strong customer relationships, and actively work to enhance service delivery and meet targets.
Qualifications • Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential clients• Present and promote financial solutions based on client needs• Build and maintain long-term client relationships• Manage and update leads through our CRM system• Work toward achieving sales targets
Requirements• Fluent Spanish speakers (spoken & written)• Strong communication and negotiation skills• Confident, proactive, and results-driven mindset• Previous experience in sales, telesales, or call centers is a plus
