Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Freelance Senior Technical Writer specializing in Saa S. The writer will be responsible for creating, organizing, and maintaining technical documentation, including user manuals, product guides, online help, and other related materials for Saa S solutions. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, translating complex technical concepts into user-friendly documentation, and ensuring clarity and accuracy for diverse audiences. Gathering technical information, structuring content, and delivering high-quality materials on schedule will be central to this position.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Technical Writing and Technical Communication Experience in creating and maintaining Technical Documentation, including user guides and product specifications Expertise in writing, editing, and organizing technical guides and Manuals Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, including developers and designers Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work on time Proficient in using documentation tools and software commonly used in technical writing Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communication, English, Information Technology, or a related field Experience in Saa S product documentation is a significant advantage Knowledge of secure identity solutions and AI-powered technologies is a plus
