Senior HR Generalist
Jadeer is hiring on behalf of one of our clients in Egypt. Our client, established in 2006, is a key player in the energy sector with divisions across gas, power, petroleum, and water. The company specializes in transmission, renewable energy, and water treatment, and operates across the UAE, Qatar, Libya, and several African markets. They are currently looking for a Senior HR Generalist to join their team.
Job Scope
As a Senior HR Generalist, you will act as a strategic partner between employees and management across specific business units, ensuring alignment between organizational goals and employee performance.
You will serve as a trusted HR advisor, supporting leaders in managing their teams while fostering a positive work environment. The role focuses on talent development, employee relations, HR strategy, and organizational effectiveness.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Management
Support managers in identifying and developing high-potential talent.
Provide coaching and guidance on performance management and employee development.
Facilitate talent review and calibration sessions to strengthen the talent pipeline.
Lead initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and retention.
Strategic HR Planning
Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Provide HR input on organizational restructuring, workforce planning, and succession planning.
Employee Relations
Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
Handle and resolve complex employee relations cases and conduct objective investigations when required.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
Performance Management
Drive the performance management process to support a high-performance culture.
Guide managers in setting performance objectives, conducting evaluations, and creating development plans.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in HR, preferably in roles covering employee relations, talent management, and HR operations.
Experience in oil & gas, energy, renewable energy, or related industries is preferred.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and HR policies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.
Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
HR certifications (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) are a plus.
