Technical operations and maintenance Manager – EV Charging Infrastructure
Job Description: We are hiring a Technical operations and maintenance Manager to lead EV charging infrastructure projects in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain.
Key responsibilities include:• Leading and training the maintenance team• Developing preventive and corrective maintenance plans• Monitoring network performance and troubleshooting issues• Managing inventory, procurement, and logistics• Reporting on performance and KPIs• Ensuring safety and quality standards• Collaborating with operations and technical teams• Driving continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field• 7+ years of experience in EV charging, electrical infrastructure, or renewable energy• Proven track record managing large-scale maintenance operations• Technical expertise in AC/DC EV charger hardware and control systems• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills• Fluency in English • Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
Preferred Background: - Experience in energy, EV chargers, or infrastructure sectors
