???? Job Description We are looking for experienced Sales Engineers / Sales Representatives to join our team and expand our client network in the industrial sector. The role requires active field sales, including visiting factories, workshops, and industrial sites, building strong client relationships, and driving sales for welding products and solutions.

Key Responsibilities Identify and approach potential clients in factories and industrial facilities Conduct regular field visits to generate new business opportunities Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers Present and promote company products (welding machines, consumables, spare parts) Handle client inquiries through phone calls, visits, and follow-ups Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Provide technical understanding of products when needed Prepare quotations and close deals

Requirements Previous experience in sales (preferably industrial or technical sales) Background in engineering or welding industry is a strong plus Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to work on the field and visit clients regularly Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive Good level of English
