At Stella Stays, you will:


We're on the hunt for a Reservation Specialist with energy, expertise, and a passion for exceeding targets. If you're a pro at handling customer inquiries and bookings, we want you on our team.


You will be responsible for:


  • Respond to customer inquiries and bookings through various communication channels (e.g. phone, email, chat) in a prompt and professional manner.


  • Provide accurate information about the company's services and products, as well as policies, procedures, and pricing to customers.


  • Process bookings and reservations accurately and efficiently within the company's reservation system.


  • Monitor and manage the availability of rooms, services, and resources to ensure efficient booking processes.


  • Collaborate with other departments to fulfill customer requests and ensure their satisfaction.


  • Resolve any customer complaints or issues professionally and promptly.


  • Work with the management team to develop and implement customer service strategies and initiatives.


  • Participate in training and development programs to improve job skills and knowledge.



Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer service or reservation management, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.


  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members.


  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.


  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Knowledge of reservation management systems and software.


  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.


  • Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and in a timely manner.


  • ​Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
