At Stella Stays, you will:
We're on the hunt for a Reservation Specialist with energy, expertise, and a passion for exceeding targets. If you're a pro at handling customer inquiries and bookings, we want you on our team.
You will be responsible for:
Respond to customer inquiries and bookings through various communication channels (e.g. phone, email, chat) in a prompt and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about the company's services and products, as well as policies, procedures, and pricing to customers.
Process bookings and reservations accurately and efficiently within the company's reservation system.
Monitor and manage the availability of rooms, services, and resources to ensure efficient booking processes.
Collaborate with other departments to fulfill customer requests and ensure their satisfaction.
Resolve any customer complaints or issues professionally and promptly.
Work with the management team to develop and implement customer service strategies and initiatives.
Participate in training and development programs to improve job skills and knowledge.
RequirementsProven experience in customer service or reservation management, preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Knowledge of reservation management systems and software.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and in a timely manner.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
