Role Description

This is a full-time English Technical Support role located on-site in Qesm El Maadi. The primary responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting technical inquiries, assisting customers with their technical issues in English, and ensuring efficient communication of solutions. The role involves a fixed morning shift and may occasionally require collaboration with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
