Role Overview



As anSAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions for our clients. You will collaborate with clients to understand their core HR requirements, configure the system to meet their needs, and ensure seamless integration with other SAP SuccessFactors modules. This role requires a strong understanding of HR processes, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central capabilities, and the ability to deliver innovative solutions that align with Accenture’s commitment to excellence.
 



Key Responsibilities
 



Employee Central Implementation:



  • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and best practices.



Client Collaboration:



  • Partner with clients to gather business requirements, analyze HR processes, and recommend solutions to optimize core HR functions.



Core HR Data Management:



  • Configure and manage employee data, organizational structures, job information, and workflows within SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.



Integration:



  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Employee Central with other SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Compensation, Performance & Goals, Recruiting) and third-party systems.



Compliance and Governance:



  • Ensure Employee Central solutions comply with local labor laws, data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR), and organizational policies.



Analytics and Reporting:



  • Develop and deliver HR reports and dashboards, providing insights into workforce trends, headcount, and organizational structures.



Testing and Quality Assurance:



  • Create and execute test plans to validate Employee Central configurations, ensuring accuracy and reliability.



Training and Support:



  • Provide end-user training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solutions.



Continuous Improvement:



  • Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes and leverage SAP innovations to deliver value to clients.
