Role Description We are hiring for a Bilingual English & Spanish Account to handle customer interactions for an international client. The role involves managing customer inquiries, ensuring service quality, and maintaining strong communication standards in both languages.
Qualifications English Level: B2–C1 (strong spoken & written communication) Spanish Level: B1–B2Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure Basic computer and CRM knowledge Customer-focused mindset and problem-solving ability Flexibility to work rotational or fixed shifts (if applicable)
