Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a B2B Corporate English Account / Contact Center role based in Cairo, Egypt. The responsibilities include managing interactions with corporate clients, delivering excellent customer service, efficiently addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely and effective support. Additional duties may include collaboration with team members, reporting on account metrics, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and maintain high levels of client satisfaction. Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and solve problems efficiently. Knowledge or experience in Finance to address clients' specific needs in corporate environments. Capacity to conduct and provide Training to improve performance and enhance customer service delivery. Proficiency in English is a must, with emphasis on professional communication and business correspondence. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Previous experience in a B2B or call center environment is an advantage.
