Job Summary A Contact Center is looking for a motivated and organized HR Recruiter to support mass hiring for call center operations. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and hiring customer service and telesales agents in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities • Handle end-to-end recruitment for customer service and telesales roles • Write and post job advertisements on job boards and social media platforms • Screen CVs and conduct initial phone interviews • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team leaders • Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates • Support onboarding and follow up with new hires • Maintain recruitment trackers, metrics, and reports
Requirements & Qualifications • Minimum 1 year experience in mass hiring for call centers or BPO • Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
