Job Details

  • Record and regularly update employee’s data in designated data sheets.
  • Code and decode employees on the fingerprint system and employee data base.
  • Manage Finager prints data Collection from showrooms with handling the handling the missing records and od issues.
  • Support in Salary preparation by upload attendance data to the salary calculation sheet.
  • Maintain and organize leave request records.
  • Follow up the manpower status to fulfill the needed vacancies in Retail sector upon the hiring requests and manpower plan. 
  • Handle the hiring process for showroom staff and ensure timely onboarding.
  • Archive completed employee files in hard and soft copies and keep it updated.
  • Complete all necessary applications and documentation for employee social insurance enrolment and updates. (Form 1, 6 and 2)
  • Conduct Ministry of Labor in sending the hiring acknowledgment letter for the newly hired employees within 30 days of hiring date.
  • Keep recorded data updated in ERP system from hiring to end of service enclosing main data, attendance, vacations and leaves.
  • Prepare employees accommodation and tariff car violations report
