About GESR

Innovation and Entrepreneurship Program (GESR Misr Elkeir )is a program that was launched by Misr El-Kheir Foundation in 2013 to support innovations and technology-based social enterprises that tackle different societal challenges in the fields of Energy, Water, Food, Education, and Health challenges.

GESR works to support the whole innovation cycle, building the capacities for innovation, supporting and investing in innovations and social enterprises.

Job Description:

• Provide technical and advisory support to all companies incubated within the program, review their operational business plans, and ensure implementation in accordance with contractual agreements.
• Contribute to researching and identifying the latest locally and globally available technologies to support incubated companies in developing and enhancing their products.
• Support connecting entrepreneurs with various industrial sectors and service providers to help develop and scale their ideas.
• Coordinate and implement technical reviews and training programs provided to entrepreneurs and innovators, ensuring full compliance with the organization’s policies and procedures.
• Participate in identifying the needs of targeted economic and industrial sectors relevant to the Innovation Lab and Technology Business Incubator.
• Prepare periodic progress reports (weekly, monthly, and quarterly) reflecting work progress against the approved plan, including achievement rates, deviations from the plan, and recommended corrective actions, and submit them to the direct manager in a timely manner for review and approval.
