Job Details

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries about aviation training programs and services.
  • Provide accurate information regarding course offerings, schedules, and enrollment procedures.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
  • Document all customer interactions and update records in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with prospective students to ensure a seamless application and enrollment process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly call targets and performance metrics.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on aviation programs and customer service best practices.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to improve service quality.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
