We work closely with brands and businesses to bring their products to life, from everyday essentials to branded merch. We are currently seeking a motivated Sales Representative with strong growth potential to join our team. This role will focus on identifying new clients, building relationships, and closing sales, with a clear pathway to grow into a Business Development position.
- Identify and engage prospective clients within the fashion, art, and creative agency sectors to promote Feathers’ premium blank apparel solutions, through messages, emails, and calls.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Present our product offerings effectively, highlighting the benefits of using Feathers Garments for their merchandising needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and leverage opportunities.
- Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and market trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring timely order fulfillment.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets as set by management.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and transactions using CRM tools.
- Stay informed about industry developments, competitor offerings, and emerging trends in custom apparel and printing.
