Job Details

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and manage overall plans and schedules for teachers.* Supervise, evaluate, and support teachers to ensure high-quality performance.* Oversee the design, development, and continuous improvement of curricula.* Ensure curricula align with industry standards and organizational goals. Coordinate with management to improve training effectiveness and learning outcomes.* Monitor training delivery and assess its impact on learners’ performance.* Provide guidance, coaching, and professional development for teaching staff.
Job Requirements:* Proven experience in the retail field.* Previous experience in Training and Learning & Development (L&D).* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.* Ability to manage teams and multiple tasks effectively.
