Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive YouTube channel strategy aligned with business goals.
- Manage day-to-day channel operations, including uploads, metadata, thumbnails, and playlists.
- Optimize content using SEO best practices (titles, descriptions, tags).
- Analyze performance metrics (views, watch time, CTR, retention) and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with content, production, and marketing teams to improve video quality and consistency.
- Manage publishing calendars and ensure timely content delivery.
- Monitor trends, algorithm updates, and competitor activity.
- Support monetization strategies and revenue optimization.
