Job Details

  • Answer calls from customers to book service appointments or to respond to sales queries, complaints 
  • Conduct customer satisfaction survey with customers via phone and/or email 
  • Analyze customer data and generate actionable insights to support sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate with sales, service, and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Monitor and report on CRM campaign performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the creation and execution of targeted marketing campaigns based on customer segmentation.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to optimize CRM processes and tools.
