About the Role AIContentfy is looking for self-motivated Recruiters with English fluency. In this role, you will lead our company's expansion efforts by sourcing talented candidates and onboarding them.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm Location: Maadi, Victoria Square (onsite) Salary Range: 10,000 - 12,000 EGP per month
Requirements:English C1+ 1+ year of recruitment experience Bachelor’s degree in any field Outstanding interpersonal skills History of success in attaining recruitment metrics Experience hiring for agency related roles Must be self-motivated and receptive to feedback
Responsibilities:Act as the point of contact for candidates Screen candidates resumes and job applications Conduct pre-screening interviews Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge and experience Schedule office interviews with qualified applicants Build and maintain an active pool of candidates to meet future hiring targets Participate in campus recruiting activities or job fairs as needed Conduct market research to establish suitable salary ranges and benefits Ensure current positions are accurately posted on all recruiting systems and job boards Headhunt for qualified candidates when necessary Generate and send out offer and rejection letters to candidates Receive hiring documents, and file them according to company policy Onboard new employees
