Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as an English Speaker for the Dubai Account, based in Abbassia, Cairo. The role involves direct communication with English-speaking customers to provide excellent support services, address inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. You will handle customer accounts, maintain accurate records of interactions, and deliver top-notch customer care while contributing to overall team goals.

Qualifications

Strong English communication skills, including speaking, listening, and writing, with an emphasis on fluency and clarity. Customer service and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and troubleshoot issues effectively. Proficiency in managing customer accounts and maintaining accurate documentation. Ability to work in a team-focused environment and maintain high levels of professionalism. Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or related roles is advantageous but not mandatory. Flexibility to work on-site in Abbassia, Cairo, as part of a dynamic and fast-paced team.
