Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt, for an English Speakers | Chat & Voice Account role. The position involves supporting customers through chat and voice-based communication, addressing inquiries, providing clear and accurate responses, and resolving issues efficiently. Additionally, the role includes documenting customer interactions, following established processes, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Collaboration with team members to improve service delivery and achieve performance targets is an essential part of the role.

Qualifications

Proficient in English communication, both spoken and written Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, and problem-solving abilities Experience or knowledge in handling customer service interactions via chat and voice channels Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail Basic digital literacy and proficiency in using communication and office tools Flexibility to work in shifts and a willingness to learn continuously Previous experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage Net salary 17 KRotational Shifts 2 Days off Social and medical insurance
