Role Description

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for an English Account.

This is a full-time on-site role where you will handle customer inquiries, provide support, solve issues efficiently, and ensure high customer satisfaction while meeting performance standards.


Job Details & Benefits

Salaries start from 14K to 18K EGP

25% Salary Increase

KPIs up to 3500 EGP

10% COLA

1700 EGP allowance

Overtime + Overnight allowance up to 1200 EGP

Paid Training

Medical & Social Insurance

Transportation provided (Door-to-door for girls)


Work Conditions

5 working days / 2 days off

9 working hours (1.5 hour break)

Rotational shifts & days


Qualifications

English Level: B1+ (Preferred B2-C1)

Strong communication & problem-solving skills

Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
