Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as the Director of Employer Sales, based in Cairo with some flexibility for remote work. The Director of Employer Sales will lead and execute strategies related to employer group insurance sales, collaborating with internal teams to identify prospective clients and build strong relationships. Primary responsibilities include overseeing sales targets, negotiating contracts, developing go-to-market strategies, analyzing market trends, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The role will also focus on mentoring and managing sales teams to meet performance objectives and ensure operational excellence across deliverables.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales strategy, client acquisition, and business development Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and communication skills Proficiency in market analysis, performance management, and strategic planning Leadership and team management experience with a track record of mentoring high-performing teams Solid understanding of the insurance or financial services industry Experience in developing and implementing go-to-market strategies Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus Proficiency in English; bilingual or multilingual skills are an advantage Ability to effectively work in a hybrid environment with strong organizational and time management skills
