Key Responsibilities* Review and analyze current scheduling practices within departments to identifyinefficiencies.* Configure and optimize provider schedules in e Clinical Works, ensuring alignment withorganizational goals and patient demand.* Collaborate with department leaders and clinical staff to understand workflow requirementsand constraints.* Develop and maintain scheduling templates, rules, and protocols in e CW.* Monitor scheduling performance metrics (e.g., appointment utilization, no-show rates) and recommend improvements.* Train staff on best practices for scheduling and e CW functionality.* Serve as the subject matter expert for scheduling optimization and e CW configuration.
Required Qualifications* Minimum 1-2 years of experience with e Clinical Works or related electronic health records, including advanced scheduling and template management.* Strong understanding of healthcare operations and patient flow.* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.* Ability to communicate effectively with clinical and administrative teams.* Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, e CW reports).
