Job Details

  • Review and approve estimates based on product availability and pricing.
  • Prepare and deliver weekly reports on operations tracking sales orders (SOs) received by customers.
  • Monitor sales orders, identify those still open, and analyze reasons for delays.
  • Coordinate with the Operation Support when restocked parts become available, ensuring customer orders can be fulfilled.
  • Manage deal registration processes with vendors and partners.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to Associate Product Operations.

  • Track target vs. actual achievement at product and part-number level, with a strong focus on aging and slow-moving stock, and coordinate with Sales and Product Management to support stock clearance and revenue realization.
  • Track the Product/PN aging, turnover, profit center
  • Monitor and notify reorder points 
  • Ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Maintain a reporting archive for reference.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of assigned products and solutions, including part numbers and configurations, and part numbers competitive alternatives.
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards tracking revenue, product category movement, and profitability ratios.
  • Forecast demand and sales for portfolios based on historical performance, pipeline data, and market activity.
  • Conduct competitive benchmarking across vendors (Huawei, Aruba, Fortinet) for pricing, and market positioning.
  • Prepare quarterly and annual product performance reports including:
  • Sales performance and market share trends
  • Partner contribution and certification growth
  • Pipeline-to-revenue conversion ratios
  • Inventory velocity and margin tracking
  • Use predictive analytics to forecast market shifts and recommend strategic actions (e.g., stock adjustments, bundled offerings).
  • Provide marketing with product availability, pricing, aging stock, target vs. achievement, priority products, and competitive insights to support effective campaigns.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for portfolio expansion, pricing optimization, and demand planning.
  • Provide technical validation for partner rebate, incentive, and enablement programs.
  • Analyze partner performance data to identify potential growth and capacity-building areas.

  • For Cisco Product Support:
  • Generate Cisco quotations in CCW, validate part numbers, licenses, and service contracts, and support conversion of approved quotes into sales orders.
