Role Overview
We are hiring a professional, confident, and proactive Receptionist to support daily office operations. while also handling client management, cold calling, and basic business coordination. This role requires strong communication skills and fluency in English.
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Client Handling
- Answer and direct incoming calls professionally
- Welcome and assist office visitors
- Handle WhatsApp, email, and client inquiries in English and Arabic
- Schedule meetings, site visits, and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate client records and contact lists
Cold Calling & Lead Generation
- Make outbound calls to potential clients
- Present company services clearly and confidently in English and Arabic
- Qualify leads and record client requirements
- Book meetings for management or sales team
Operations & Office Support
- Assist with daily administrative and operational tasks
- Coordinate simple follow-ups (documents, confirmations, reminders)
- Support basic project communication when required
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Requirements Previous experience as receptionist, admin, or call center agent Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory Strong Arabic communication skills Professional phone presence Basic computer skills (Email, Excel, WhatsApp Business) Ability to use Canva for basic presentations, proposals, and client-facing materials
