Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Low Voltage Sales Engineer . The role involves engaging with clients to identify their low voltage technology needs, preparing tailored solutions, and promoting relevant products and services. Daily responsibilities include providing technical support, delivering product presentations, assisting customers with product selection, and developing relationships to drive sales. The role also entails collaborating with internal teams to address client requirements and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications Strong expertise in Sales Engineering and a solid understanding of low voltage solutions Proven experience in Sales and Customer Service to effectively manage client relationships Technical Support skills to provide guidance and troubleshooting for clients Excellent Communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to clients and collaborate with internal teams Ability to work effectively within a team and adapt to a fast-paced work environment Knowledge of the low voltage industry and relevant technologies is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred
