Tele sales Advisor (Visa Services) — Global EIS

 

Job Summary
We’re hiring a Tele sales Advisor to convert warm & cold leads into confirmed sales over the phone for our visa services. You’ll qualify customers, present the right service package, handle objections, and close—while keeping clean records on the CRM and hitting monthly targets. (Inbound + outbound).

 

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to leads and handle inbound inquiries; convert to booked/paid visa services.

Understand customer needs (destination, timeline, profile) and recommend the best service option.

Close deals over the phone and confirm next steps with the customer clearly.

Update CRM accurately: call outcomes, follow-ups, pipeline stage, notes, and documents status.

Follow sales scripts while sounding natural, handle objections professionally.

Collaborate with Operations/Customer Service to ensure smooth handover after closing.

Meet agreed KPIs (e.g., conversion rate, talk time, follow-up SLA, quality score).

 

Requirements

1+ year experience in tele sales/call center sales (visa services, travel, BFSI, insurance, credit cards is a plus, real estate).

Strong communication and persuasion skills; confident handling rejection and objections.

Comfortable working with targets, CRM, and daily reporting.

Good discipline: punctuality, follow-up consistency, and data accuracy.

Work Conditions 

Location: Nasr City, Cairo (On-site)

Schedule: Rotational 9 Hours [ between 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM], [one day off]

Compensation: Basic 9000 + KPIs 4000 + incentives (based on performance)
