  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop tailored technical solutions for access control, biometric, CCTV, and security systems.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers, highlighting the value and capabilities of AIC’s solutions.
  • Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and technical queries, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
  • Design and propose integrated security solutions that align with client needs, budget, and site conditions.
  • Conduct site surveys and technical assessments to gather requirements and evaluate feasibility for system installations.
  • Support the sales process by providing technical expertise during client meetings, negotiations, and solution scoping.
  • Work closely with engineering, product, and project management teams to ensure proposed solutions are viable and deliverable.
  • Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, solution diagrams, and bill of materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, products, and technologies relevant to security, access control, and surveillance.
  • Provide post-sales technical support during project handover and implementation phases as needed.
