Egybell is hiring Events Planner for an entertainment operator located in District 5Responsibilities:• Build and maintain working relationships with internal and external partners. • Research potential leads • Update events calendar regularly and share detailed weekly schedule of events • Meet with guests regularly, conduct tours of the facility provide accurate and timely information to guests• Keep records in the event of guest service deficiencies, complaints, accidents, or incidents and do the necessary measures to prevent its repetition. • Attend the event in order to support the team and coordinate with the Facility Manager for staff availability and potential help in the events. • Handle Guest inquiries and be the point-of-contact for all event details. • Drive pre-event weekly meetings with Facility Manager. • Prepare proposals for Guests and maintain well-organized event records. • Develop new creative events ideas by bringing the up to date shows & entertainments. • Ensure that all arrangement and requirements are gathered prior to the event and also give attention to any special guest needs.• Maintain the cleanliness of your areas as per the policy. • Manage all aspects of the guest files pre and post event. • Timely attend all the telephone calls using clear and professional language, and answer telephones using appropriate telephone etiquette. • Keep the birthday themes updated with the market needs. • To Plan ahead of time for the yearly occasional events and holidays in order to decorate and run related events accordingly. • Participate in the training of your team to effectively perform all job responsibilities • Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager. Qualifications:Bachelor degree in BA or Technical degree in hospitality management or related field.2+ years of experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Understand the fundamental principles of quality Policy Statement and implement them for conformity to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 requirements. Committed to the principle of never-ending improvement in services quality, reliability and guest service excellence. Should be able to handle minor technical issues related to the machines, incidents and report to the supervisor on duty. Should be aware of the Evacuation plan as per facility manual and Mall/Shopping Center instructions. Is aware and has conducted a training on safety measures, incidents and emergency procedures and communication procedures. Ensure that nonconforming outputs to established Quality and Health & Safety requirements are identified and controlled to prevent their unintended use and delivery. Must be articulate keen attention to detail Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously and independently Excellent listening and communication skills Ability to work under pressure.
