Job Purpose
-To design and deliver companywide Talent and Leadership Development interventions that support the execution of business strategies and enhance business performance at both departmental and company levels.
-As well oversees and manages all activities related to the performance management cycle and manages all communication, sensitization and monitoring of the process to ensure its effectiveness and relevance to the business needs and employees’ development.

•Sets the yearly talent development plan in alignment with Etisalat Talent Management and People strategies.
•Set strategies and development programs to ensure key talent gets needed development to effectively lead organization towards strategic goals.
•Ensures that leadership development happens at an appropriate level that meets the current and future needs of their company.
•Designs and manages the implementation of special talent development programs i.e, High potentials, graduate trainees programs...etc
•Partner with HR Business Partner to create internal company career paths and talent assessment strategies.
•Provide professional expertise and support in the design, development and implementation of the talent review process that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent.
•Manage the maintenance and execution of the performance management system, standards of performance and performance evaluation instruments.
•Designing and facilitating the Performance Management, Individual Career Development, Talent Management & Succession Planning processes for whole company or defined scope.
•Cooperate with learning partners to design the Training / Coaching model & roadmap to ensure the development plan of our people is aligned with business and people strategy, on track and effective.
•Ensures Development contents and approaches are effective and support the developing Etisalat employees to achieve the company’s goals.
•Sets the HR performance & development team objectives & KPIs aligned with the overall Talent Management & HR strategy
•Manages the Development budget for the organisation and source cost effective solutions.
•Maintains and implements standard quality measures for all development programs.
•Ensures proper and timely communication to relevant stakeholders.
•Leases with Etisalat Group, the Global talent programs and ensures alignment and proper cascading and implementation of group programs.
•Contributes to the proactive branding and marketing of core programs as EVP.
•Establishes and maintains positive relationship between Etisalat and learning institutions (locally & internationally).
•Tracks, measures and evaluate vendor performance to enhance the training customer experience
•Hires, Leads, coaches & develops the development team to achieve their yearly & functional objectives.
