Role Description This full-time on-site Quality Specialist (GSM) role is based in Cairo, Egypt. The Quality Specialist will be responsible for evaluating and monitoring process compliance to ensure service quality meets standards and business goals. Key responsibilities include quality auditing, preparing reports, analyzing quality performance, assisting in the development of quality control plans, and collaborating with teams to ensure continuous improvement. Attention to detail, providing actionable feedback, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives will be essential aspects of this role.
