Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Senior Sales Agent based in Cairo, Egypt. The Senior Sales Agent is responsible for building strong client relationships, managing a portfolio of accounts, and meeting sales targets through selling Met Life’s insurance, benefits, and financial services. The role involves identifying and engaging potential clients, developing customized solutions to address customer needs, and collaborating with the team to ensure high-quality service delivery. While this role will require a presence in the Cairo office, flexible work-from-home arrangements are available.
Qualifications
Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills Proficiency in customer engagement, account management, and client retention Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored financial and insurance solutions Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and problem-solving abilities Familiarity with financial services, insurance products, or employee benefits is preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field Proficiency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken Prior experience in sales or business development is an advantage
