Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Premium Customer Service Representative located in Cairo. The responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, delivering exceptional service, resolving complaints efficiently, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions. The role requires outstanding communication and problem-solving skills while consistently meeting defined performance goals.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities to handle customer concerns effectively Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with software tools for managing customer service interactions Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and deliver customer-centric solutions Previous experience in customer service or related fields is a plus High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in customer service are advantageous
