Role Summary:
 
The Inside Sales Team Lead is responsible for guiding and developing a the team, expanding leadership capacity through coaching, mentoring, and enabling the team to drive revenue. With a strong customer focus and a people‑first mindset, the Team Lead typically is accountable for the overall performance and revenue delivery of their team.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive and execute a sales strategy to grow and double the business.
  • Maintain a client retention rate above 90%.
  • Exceed new client acquisition targets.
  • Hire, develop, and coach the team to adopt a consultative, customer‑centric approach.
  • Ensure accurate weekly CRM activity and opportunity tracking in Salesforce.
  • Deliver predictable weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue forecasts.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to resolve client needs and act as the escalation point for account issues.
  • Strengthen long‑term customer relationships, leveraging meetings to coach the team and maximize cross‑sell and upsell opportunities.

Desired Qualifications         


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS/subscription sales and account management experience. With at least 2 years of B2B sales leadership, managing teams of 5+ 
  • Proven ability in predictable weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting, supported by strong analytical and data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Experienced sales coach with strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to influence key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in building and executing sales strategies to grow a territory or region within a target‑driven environment.
