  • Identify, approach, and manage relationships with corporates, banks, and private institutions.
  • Develop and present tailored CSR proposals and partnership opportunities.
  • Secure CSR funding and sponsorships aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Manage assigned fundraising targets and contribute directly to overall CSR revenue goals.
  • Maintain and grow long-term partnerships, including renewals and upselling opportunities.
  • Coordinate internally to ensure smooth execution, reporting, and partner satisfaction.
  • Represent the organization in CSR meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
  • Monitor CSR trends and identify new funding opportunities.
  • Support and mentor junior CSR team members when needed.

    Benefits:
  • We offer festive bonuses up to 1/2 a month of the salary and up to 2 months of the salary at the end of the year based on performance.
  • We also offer commission based on achieved fundraising targets.
