Job Details

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with internal policies and labor laws.
  • Support performance management cycles, employee evaluations, and KPI tracking.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives to support employee growth and organizational needs.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, internal regulations, and HR governance standards.
  • Support payroll, attendance, leave management, and disciplinary processes in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare HR reports, analytics, and dashboards to support management decision-making.
  • Foster and maintain a positive, professional, and productive work environment for all employees.
  • Develop and implement employee retention strategies and initiatives to enhance engagement and reduce turnover.
  • Manage and execute all administrative tasks related to social insurance, medical insurance, governmental documentation, and employee personnel records in compliance with applicable regulations.
