Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt for an English Customer Support Specialist in the fields of chat, back office, and call center services. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone, resolving concerns efficiently, and maintaining a high level of professionalism. The role also involves offering exceptional customer service, providing accurate and timely responses, and ensuring customers' satisfaction through effective communication.
Qualifications
Proficient English communication skills, both verbal and written, to confidently interact with customers Customer Service experience to manage and resolve client inquiries efficiently and professionally Skills in Translation and English Teaching that emphasize bilingual abilities or clear communication Experience in Training to assist with process improvements and onboarding as necessary Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the ability to work in a dynamic environment Previous experience in a customer support or call center role is an advantage Ability to meet deadlines and performance goals while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
