We are looking for a driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment with a strong focus on mass and high-volume hiring in a BTech-driven organization. The role requires hands-on experience in closing positions quickly through multiple sourcing channels while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for high-volume hiring requirements
- Execute mass/bulk hiring to meet operational and business targets
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, vendors, walk-ins, hiring drives, and local sourcing channels
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain hiring trackers, candidate databases, and recruitment reports
- Coordinate offer rollouts, documentation, and onboarding processes
- Partner with internal teams to understand manpower planning and timelines
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing hiring needs
