Job Details

-Lead all user and fan-related community activities and activations, both online and offline.

-Manage Realme Community platforms, including the community website and social media channels, to ensure active engagement and strong relationships with users.

-Plan and supervise external community teams and partners, ensuring all communication aligns with Realme’s brand standards.

-Grow official community registrations, daily active users, and overall engagement levels.

-Build and manage partnerships that support community growth and engagement initiatives.

-Develop and execute community programs, events, and activities to increase loyalty among core fans.

-Launch and manage external developer groups, maintaining long-term engagement and collaboration.

-Organize events, workshops, and training programs to enhance brand awareness and community participation.

-Create and publish community content and discussion threads to drive interaction and visibility.

-Maintain daily communication with core fans to strengthen loyalty and advocacy.

-Implement standardized reporting, analyze performance, and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

-Coordinate closely with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of community initiatives.
