Job Details

We’re looking for a proactive and technically strong IT Help Desk Support professional with solid networking knowledge to support our users and ensure smooth daily IT operations.
???? Key Responsibilities
• Handle and resolve daily support tickets (hardware, software, access issues)• Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals• Perform device setup, imaging, configuration, and software installation• Support network troubleshooting:• LAN / Wi‑Fi issues• VLAN basics• IP addressing & connectivity• Basic switch port configuration
• Assist with firewall basics and Fortinet tasks under supervision• Manage O365 and Google Workspace accounts, including creation and license management• Maintain accurate IT asset and stock inventory• Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when required

???? Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in IT support or help desk• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs)• Hands-on troubleshooting experience with switches and access points• Exposure to firewall concepts and Fortinet is a plus• Experience with O365 administration• Strong communication and customer service mindset• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
