Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a SAP Success Factors EC/ECP Consultant, based in Cairo, Egypt. The consultant will work closely with clients to analyze and align their business processes with SAP Success Factors capabilities. Key responsibilities include implementing, configuring, and customizing SAP Success Factors EC/ECP modules, providing consulting services, and ensuring the integration of master data across HR systems. The role also involves supporting stakeholders with system upgrades, providing technical guidance, and ensuring successful project delivery within set timelines.
Qualifications Proficiency in SAP Success Factors EC/ECP, with prior hands-on implementation and configuration experience Strong business process understanding and analytical skills to align technology solutions with client needs Consulting and stakeholder management skills to provide expert guidance and build strong client relationships Experience with master data management and integration Ability to document user requirements, create solutions, and deliver projects on time Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) Relevant SAP certifications and a proven track record in HR consulting are advantageous
