Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office | English (Voice & Chat) position located in Cairo. The role involves handling back-office operations efficiently, resolving customer inquiries through voice and chat support, and providing excellent customer service. The candidate will also manage tasks in coordination with other departments to ensure smooth operational workflow and contribute to the company's service quality and objectives.
