We're looking for a Commercial Finance Analyst with strong analytical skills, business acumen, and a deep understanding of financial planning and analysis. This role supports end-to-end finance operations—from annual planning and budgeting to cost efficiency analysis, working capital management, and strategic pricing. You’ll be working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that drive performance, optimize margins, and mitigate financial risks.

Key Responsibilities✔ Assist in building AOPs, quarterly forecasts, and operating budgets✔ Conduct margin analysis, OPEX reporting, and yield calculations✔ Collaborate on cost-saving initiatives and pricing strategies✔ Monitor working capital, inventory flows, and cash positions✔ Build and maintain financial models to support decision-making✔ Identify financial risks and support mitigation strategies✔ Report monthly performance with accurate and timely insights???? Ideal Candidate✅ ACCA certification✅ Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting (✅ Strong experience with financial modeling, Excel, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle preferred)✅ 1–3 years in FP&A, cost control, or business finance—preferably in FMCG, manufacturing, or multinational environments✅ Solid understanding of standard costing, working capital, and profitability analysis✅ Highly analytical, solution-oriented, and able to communicate insights effectively This is a hands-on, high-impact role for someone looking to deepen their experience in commercial finance while contributing to performance, pricing, and profitability decisions at a strategic level.
