Salary & Benefits:⦁ Salary 19,000 EGP and can go up to 25,000 EGP/month⦁ Net Basic: 14,000 EGP (10,000 basic + 4,000 transportation allowance besides transportation)⦁ KPIs: 100 USD ????⦁ Incentives: 7 – 14 USD per closed deal⦁ Paid Training: on basic salary (10,000 EGP)⦁ Social & Medical Insurance
???? Job Description:Handling customer service calls for US customers Providing technical support or assisting with billing inquiries(Optimum Account)
⏰ Working Conditions:⦁ 5 working days / 2 days off (rotational)⦁ 9 working hours including 1-hour break Rotational shifts:⦁ 3 PM – 12 AM⦁ 4 PM – 1 AM⦁ 8 PM – 5 AM⦁ 10 PM – 7 AMTransportation provided Door-to-door for girls Multiple pickup points for boys✅ Requirements:⦁ Fluency in English⦁ undergrads are welcome
