Job Details

  • Respond to inbound calls from Spanish-speaking patients and families, addressing inquiries and providing accurate information about healthcare services.
  • Assist callers with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document all call interactions and patient information accurately in the system, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Provide compassionate support to patients, resolving concerns and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Educate patients on available healthcare programs, insurance coverage, and billing procedures.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and administrative staff to coordinate patient care and follow-up.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HealthCare International’s services, policies, and procedures.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by sharing best practices and supporting colleagues.
