· Manage the merchant accounts for the Financial Services Unit.
· Responsible for the analytical part of the accounts and maintaining accurate sales activity records; analyzing and reporting on account activity daily.
· Support to facilitate services and accounts commissions’ payments are settled as agreed.
· Handle account escalations and sales with existing and potential merchants while planning and executing new business opportunities and local potential providers such as banks
· Perform day-to-day account management activities like timely collection in the Cash-in and Cash-out process.
· Provide technical insights and recommendations on the development to enhance the process between the merchant acquisition team and the merchants.
· Develop service agreements and terms for clients and service providers
· Prepare periodic reports to the Financial Services Manager and Shareholders.
· Manage and strengthen technical-commercial interactions with operators.

Educational Background:
o Bachelor’s Degree in BA, Digital Communications and Media, Business, Marketing, or similar field.
